Kabredlo's Property is hiring a skilled Apartment Maintenance / Carpentry Technician for our growing team. You'll maintain, repair, and improve apartments and properties throughout Lincoln. We're looking for someone with strong carpentry and general maintenance skills who takes pride in quality workmanship and getting the job done right.
Pay and Benefits Starting at $25/hour or more based on experience, with guaranteed 40 hours per week, year-round.

What You'll Do
- Trim carpentry, drywall repair, cabinet installation, and painting
- Apartment repairs and general maintenance
- Light plumbing and electrical repairs
- Install and repair ceramic tile, flooring, doors, and trim
- Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Assist with apartment turns, renovations, and property improvements
- Keep a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of trim carpentry and general maintenance experience
- Light plumbing and light electrical experience preferred
- Experience with drywall, painting, cabinets, and flooring preferred
- Able to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Dependable, hardworking, and committed to quality
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing to take rotating 24-hour emergency on-call, at least once a month
