Apartment Leasing Agent

We are seeking a Dynamic Super Sales Star to lease apartments at our community in Dearborn. We currently have a full-time position available. If you have a passion for customer service, can-do attitude and a desire for growth, we are looking for you! We will pay up to $20/hr.

Applicants must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting existing and potential residents
• Showing and renting apartments
• Qualifying applicants
• Follow-up with potential residents
• Preparation of lease packages and lease renewals
• Handling resident issues
• General clerical duties
• Social Media Management

• Great Customer Service to Prospects & Residents
• Yardi experience preferred
• Competitive Wages PLUS Commission
