Job Summary: JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a full-time Apartment Leasing Agent to join our multifamily staffing team. This role involves working at a residential community, focusing on leasing and resident relations within a professional property setting. The position offers a schedule aligned with property hours and emphasizes customer service, marketing, and administrative duties essential to leasing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment leasing or related customer service roles, with knowledge of property management software preferred. Responsibilities:

• Tour apartment units with prospective residents and provide detailed information about the community.
• Assist in leasing activities, including qualifying prospects and maintaining resident files.
• Facilitate communication between the leasing office and residents, organizing resident events as needed.
• Perform leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties to support property operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the leasing office reflects a welcoming environment.
• Establish and nurture relationships with current residents, prospects, and internal team members.
