Currently Hiring Experienced ProfessionalsLeasing & Management

Apartment Leasing Agents (Bilingual & Non-Bilingual) – $19–$20/hr

• Prior apartment leasing experience required
• Knowledge of Fair Housing
• Experience with Yardi or OneSite preferred

Assistant Property Managers – $23/hr

• Prior apartment management experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Property Managers – $30/hr

• Must be open to temporary leasing or assistant manager assignments

Maintenance & Grounds

Groundskeepers / Porters – $18/hr

• Maintain curb appeal of apartment communities
• Pressure washing, leaf blowing, general grounds upkeep
• Prior experience required

HVAC Maintenance Technicians (EPA Certified) – $26/hr

• Apartment or residential maintenance experience required
• Appliance repair, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, drywall repairs
• Preparing vacant units for move-ins

Make-Ready / Punch Technicians – $21/hr

• Experience completing unit turns and make-readies
• Appliance installation, plumbing, drywall and electrical repairs

Service Technicians – $23/hr

• Apartment or residential maintenance experience required
• Work orders, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical and drywall repairs
