Apartment Housekeeper

We are looking for skilled Apartment Housekeepers to join our team immediately!

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (move-outs/make-readies)
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including leasing offices, hallways, stairwells, and amenities
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Remove trash and debris from property grounds and common areas
• Assist with inventory and stocking of cleaning supplies
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly
• Follow company standards and safety procedures at all times

What Were Looking For:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (apartments, hotels, or similar environments)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 2550 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
