We are seeking experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Supervisors with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in maintenance to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance service requests and repairs.
- Supervise, train, and support the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Prepare market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues, including appliance repair.
- Maintain all common areas, amenities, and building exteriors to a high standard.
- Manage inventory, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Maintenance Supervisor.
- HVAC/EPA Certification preferred.
- Prior experience in apartment maintenance or property management.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
