    PAY: $18-$21/ HR + Bonus potential up to $400/ month

    SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5PM (permanent full-time position)

    Responsibilities Of This Position:

    • Assists PM with posting, collecting, tracking and managing delinquency of rental and other income
    • Assist PM with processing all invoices generated by the property
    • Consistently attempts to collect "Bad Debt" prior to write offs
    • Assist PM with evictions related to no rent payments
    • Assists PM with property financial operation reporting

    Qualifications:

    • Accounts payable experience or other relevant experience/training is strongly preferred.
    • Must have a demonstrated ability to record receivables, payables, and journal entries as assigned.
    • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail & initiative.
    • Ability to organize & prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
    • Must have excellent communication skills.
    • Experience with Yardi or other multifamily accounting programs preferred but not required.

    • Competitive pay $18-$21 an hour + Bonus potential up to $400/month
