Title: AP Supplier Refund Analyst
Location: Lakeland FL - Remote
Duration: 08 Months
Pay Rate: $24-26/hr. On w2.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
•Review and resolve suspected duplicate invoices
•Audit daily wire payments for accuracy
•Validate supplier banking details
•Provide backup support for invoice audits, fraud reviews, and other AP processes
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•Very high attention to detail
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
•Clear written and verbal communication
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Preferred Skills
•Experience working in SAP
