If you're an experienced Accounts Payable professional who knows how to keep things moving in a high-volume environment, this could be a great opportunity!
You'll take ownership of day-to-day AP activities, including:
Managing a high volume of invoices each month
Handling weekly payment runs
Processing employee expenses and payment requests
Researching discrepancies and following up on outstanding items
Reviewing and reconciling vendor statements
Maintaining documentation related to vendor and subcontractor activity
Assisting with year-end 1099 processing
Jumping in on additional accounting projects when needed
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Able to prioritize, troubleshoot, and follow through
Professional, dependable, and collaborative
Construction industry experience
Experience with Viewpoint Vista
