AP SPECIALIST

Client in the Lancaster-area seeks an AP Specialist to assist with workload and cost-tracking projects. Salary is $45-$55k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AP SPECIALIST



  • The AP Specialist will validate vendor invoices against updated tariff rates and duty codes

  • The AP Specialist will maintain and reconcile a tariff tracker in ERP and Excel

  • Process invoices in system, ensuring accuracy and speed in entry

  • Support audit documentation and KPI reporting




PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP SPECIALIST



  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills

  • Understanding of HTS codes, landed cost, and import documentation is a plus

  • Accuracy, analytical ability, and adaptability to evolving regulations



    Salary is $45-$55k, DOE
