Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established organization in Boca Raton, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing the full accounts payable process.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
Maintain and update vendor records and supporting documentation.
Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching.
Assist with ACH payment processing and check runs.
Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and supporting documentation.
Support month-end close activities and annual audit requests.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Work closely with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies. [AP Special...ion 202306 | Word]
Qualifications
Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
Previous accounts payable experience.
Experience with ERP or accounting software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
