Description

Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist – Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This position will work up to 30 hours per week and will primarily focus on accounts payable using QuickBooks Desktop, along with general data entry and invoicing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable activities using QuickBooks Desktop
  • Enter and maintain financial data accurately
  • Receive and process payments
  • Prepare and send invoices
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Once fully trained, this position may offer hybrid/remote work and flexible scheduling. There is potential for this position to become permanent.

Pay: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Part-time, up to 30 hours/week
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire
