Accounts Payable Manager (Hybrid | Multi-Entity Environment)
Location: 
Roslyn, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Salary: 80,000- $120,000 annually
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Overview:
A growing, multi-site organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to take ownership of a high-volume AP function. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who can step in, assess current workflows, and drive immediate improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

You’ll report directly to senior finance leadership and play a key role in stabilizing and optimizing day-to-day AP operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Oversee daily Accounts Payable operations across multiple entities
  • Manage and mentor AP staff responsible for invoicing, reconciliations, and reimbursements
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and vendor payments
  • Handle vendor inquiries, discrepancies, and dispute resolution
  • Review and audit team output to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Improve and streamline AP workflows and processes
  • Ensure proper coding and adherence to GAAP standards
  • Lead month-end close activities including reconciliations

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • 3–5 years of team leadership or management experience
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or high-volume environment

Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Coupa (required)
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills and overall Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with corporate card programs (Amex preferred)

Additional:
  • Background in healthcare or similar multi-site environments is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally
