Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll be responsible for processing high volume transactions in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in vendor payments and reconciliations.

What You'll Do
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:
• Processing large volumes of invoices and transactions for multiple companies
• Reviewing, coding, and entering non-purchase order invoices into the accounting system
• Handling 3-way match procedures and resolving discrepancies with the procurement team
• Researching freight invoice variances in collaboration with the client service teams
• Monitoring invoice approval processes to ensure timely payments
• Assisting in weekly check runs and managing A/P aging reports
• Supporting month-end, year-end closing, and audits
• Reconciling vendor statements with accounting records and resolving payable discrepancies
• Providing administrative support for other projects as needed

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• An associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related experience
• Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word; knowledge of Netsuite is a plus
• Ability to lead and adapt to change within a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset and a strong work ethic
