ABOUT OUR CLIENT

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AP CLERK
- The AP Clerk will validate vendor invoices against PO's
- Process invoices in system, ensuring accuracy and speed in entry
- Support audit documentation and KPI reporting
- Vendor communication support, set up vendors
- Cross-train in AR/Billing
- GL support
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP CLERK
- Understanding of AP processing, basic accounting background
- Accuracy, integrity, attention to detail, dependable, communicate effectively
