ABOUT OUR CLIENT
- Established manufacturer serving a broad range of industrial markets
- Produces specialized solutions designed for reliability and performance
- Offers a collaborative environment with a hands-on accounting team
- Provides an opportunity to support a high-impact document and invoice workflow as the Accounts Payable Clerk
- Flexible part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
- The Accounts Payable Clerk will scan paper invoices and maintain organized electronic and physical files
- The Accounts Payable Clerk will monitor the accounts payable inbox and route invoices appropriately
- Enter basic purchase orders and invoice information accurately
- Assist with document retention, filing, and records cleanup
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PART-TIME ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Good computer and communication skills required
- Previous accounts payable experience is a plus
