AP Analyst Contractor to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
Top 3 skills and Responsibilities:- Large enterprise size cloud ERP Experience -- NetSuite is preferred or SAP Hana, D365 - No Sage
- Must have paperless AP -- evaluating digital workflows, efficiency, accuracy and cost effectiveness to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal performance (Manually keying large volumes of invoices not needed)
- Must be able to research and analyze to move invoices out of error queues - workflow efficiency, accuracy and reconciliation, cost-effectiveness, compliance and security. The amount of invoices varies but there are several hundred a week.
- Must have intermediate excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS) and Microsoft Office Suite experience -- Outlook and SharePoint
- Additional accepted experience includes heavy Vendor Master experience, Tin Matching, set up and maintenance
