About this Position
Annuity Exchange Analyst 1 review and prepare forms for committee review. Work as a liaison with the field agent(s), Trade Review Trade Principles, internal management, and the PFSI Pre-Approval Committee to present accurate and detailed information regarding the transactions being reviewed.
Analyst creates records, updates and documents results across multiple systems timely to ensure all departments have real time decisions as well as making calls and sending emails to act as a liaison with our various annuity carriers, committee members, management team and field agent(s) and obtaining records requested by management.
Assist management in monitoring statistical data, testing and daily work flow.
Alternates as Primary Committee meeting host and as back-up to Primary Committee meeting host.
