THIS POSITION IS SEASONAL ONLY AND WILL NOT EXCEED 90 DAYS.
This position is responsible for:
Recruits, trains, coordinates, and monitors the work of employees and/or volunteers to meet Christmas program needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules, and assigns work of Christmas volunteers.
- Instructs volunteers in proper methods and procedures.
- Checks and approves work in progress to ensure accuracy and completeness as well as compliance with Salvation Army policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Work requires working in a warehouse environment with exposure to fluctuating temperatures and discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Relations or a related field, AND
- One year experience recruiting people to perform work on a volunteer basis preferred, OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
