Description Specialization: Anesthesiology Job Summary: HCA FL South Shore Hospital is seeking a FT BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our team located minutes from beautiful Apollo Beach and just south of Tampa. We are excited to be able to offer a model that supports a strong, collaborative team and a schedule that gives our Physicians the freedom to enjoy a great lifestyle with 13 weeks off. Description: Care Team Model of 4 physicians, 4 CRNAs covering 4 ORs plus 2 NORA. Diverse mix of cases including heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Gastro, Bariatrics. No OB, hearts, or pediatrics Average surgical volume of 3600 cases annually. Schedule- 4 week rotation: Physicians are scheduled 2 weeks of M-F, 7a-5p, followed by a week of coming in later to finish cases and then be on call from home, 7p-7a, 4th week of rotation is off. There are 2 Physicians on to start the day. Supervision model and/or doing own case(s) as needed. Qualifications: BC/BE within 4 years of finishing residency FL license and FL DEA Incentive/Benefits Package: $50K Start date bonus and relocation assistance available.
