Overview:

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to provide PRN coverage at Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. Known as one of the region's busiest and most respected surgical hospitals, Sentara Leigh Hospital is nationally recognized for excellence in orthopedic care, robotic surgery, cardiovascular services, and women's health.

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists is a highly regarded team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs providing care to thousands of patients annually across Hampton Roads. Physicians are board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, and CRNAs are certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology. The group is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care supported by objective quality metrics focused on outcomes, safety, and efficiency.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $602,680.00 - $873,600.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
