Position Overview:
 Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative anesthesia care team in a respected community-based hospital setting in Oshkosh, WI area. This full-time opportunity offers an excellent blend of case diversity, autonomy, work-life balance, and a supportive team environment.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Join a team of 2 Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs
• Approximately 5,000 cases annually
• Case mix includes general, orthopedics, ENT, GI, neuro spine surgery, dental, healthy peds, ophthalmology, podiatry, and vascular
• No OB, regional, urology, gynecology, or cardiac cases
• Home-call model
• Medical supervision model
• 157 bed community hospital – level 3 trauma
• H1 visa sponsorship 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $575,000
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• 15 weeks of PTO annually
