In this onsite leadership role, you will combine clinical practice with administrative leadership, partnering closely with clinicians, surgeons, hospital leadership, and TeamHealth to support high-quality, patient-centered care and a positive practice environment. The ideal candidate is a board-certified anesthesiologist with strong communication and leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for mentoring colleagues and advancing clinical excellence.

As Medical Director, You Will…

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the anesthesia department
• Mentor, support, and engage a team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Champion quality initiatives, patient safety, and best practices
• Strengthen relationships with surgeons, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary teams

• Help guide the continued growth and success of the anesthesiology program

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $650,000 to $650,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives
