    HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Fellowship-trained Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join the dynamic cardiac anesthesia program at HCA Florida Largo Hospital on Florida’s Gulf Coast. This position offers a high-acuity cardiac practice, strong institutional support, academic involvement, and an excellent work-life balance.

    Key Highlights
    • Join a team of 11 Anesthesiologists (8 Cardiac, 3 General) and 25 CRNAs
    • Coverage includes 12 operating rooms, EP Lab, Cath Lab, and Endoscopy
    • Approximately 9,000 surgical cases annually
    • Cardiac volume of approximately 600 heart cases per year (open-heart and structural heart procedures)
    • Diverse case mix:
      • Cardiac
      • Orthopedics
      • General Surgery
      • Neuro
      • Spine
      • Vascular
      • Robotics
      • Endoscopy
    • No Pediatrics, OB, or Trauma
    • Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
    • Home-based backup cardiac calls shared among 4 physicians
    • Dedicated in-house overnight Cardiac/Liver Transplant team provides nighthawk coverage, helping support physician lifestyle and sustainability
    • Opportunity to participate in resident education through the ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital
