MD Anesthesiologist – Pediatric Dental | Office-Based

Southern Oregon | Flexible Schedule | Exceptional Quality of Life

You have a career. Now live your life, too!

At Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW), we provide high-quality office-based anesthesia exclusively for pediatric dental patients in a calm, efficient clinical environment designed for both excellent care and sustainable physician lifestyles.

We are seeking an MD Anesthesiologist comfortable providing anesthesia for pediatric dental patients in an office-based setting - 3 days up to 4/week.  Our patients are healthy children (primarily ASA I) undergoing routine dental procedures. Cases are efficient, with short sedation and recovery times, allowing for predictable and manageable procedure days.

Many of our dental practices start early, which means most days finish by 1–2 PM. This allows our physicians to maintain a healthy balance between professional fulfillment and life outside of medicine.

What This Role Looks Like

  • Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia only

  • Healthy pediatric patients (primarily ASA I)

  • Efficient dental procedures with short sedation times

  • Predictable clinical workflow

  • One site per day

Regional coverage across:

  • Springfield

  • Salem

  • Corvallis

  • Roseburg

Travel is limited to one location per day, with organized scheduling across the region.

Why Physicians Choose AAC-PNW

  • Office-based practice with low-acuity pediatric dental cases

  • No hospital call responsibilities

  • Collaborative scheduling and operational support

  • Experienced clinical teams and well-run practices

  • Opportunity to participate in clinical leadership and regional growth

  • Sign-on and referral incentives available, including for OR/WA-licensed anesthesiologists

Who We’re Looking For

  • MD Anesthesiologist

  • ABA Board-Certified or Board-Eligible

  • Comfortable providing anesthesia for pediatric dental patients
    (pediatric fellowship not required)

  • Oregon license (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience in office-based or ASC environments preferred

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong clinical judgment

A Better Way to Practice

This opportunity is ideal for anesthesiologists who value predictable schedules, meaningful patient care, and a practice environment designed to support quality of life.
