The clinical environment maintains established perioperative workflows structured to support coordinated anesthesia care delivery across its surgical service lines. Locum tenens anesthesiologist coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

About the Clinician‘s Workday
Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a supervision model, sitting own cases and supervising CRNAs at a 50% hands-on level, during day shifts at an operating room facility in California. The surgical case mix includes general, orthopedic, total joint, robotic, and gynecologic procedures; cardiac, neurological, and transplant cases are not included in this assignment. Experience with obstetric cases is helpful. Call coverage is negotiable, and board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians in this role.
