Description
A senior Android developer who has expertise in Android native test automation solutions using Kotlin and has Hands on Automation scripts for mobile applications. Participate in full app life-cycle: develop automation scripts, test and release to app store Work with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes and estimate. Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms. Drive a best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools. Write and maintain documentation for all features in development.
Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop & Prototype Android mobile applications for phone and tablets for internal and external use.
- Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
- Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
- Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
- Fixing application bugs before the final release.
- Publishing application on App Store.
- Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
Primary Skill-Android with Kotlin
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
- Proven experience as an app developer.
- 5+ years of experience on Android - Development using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Must have development experience in Core Java
- Must have experience writing automated tests using frameworks like Appium
- Mobile Test Automation with Appium is good to have - Android and IOS platform
- Designing and building native mobile applications on Android platform.
- Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, Swift UI.
- Extensive knowledge of XCode
- Must have development experience in Core Java & Knowledge of C-based libraries.
- Proficient in Kotlin, Objective-C, Web Services, Rest Services, Core Java, CSS, HTML, Java Script, XML
- Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of C-based libraries.
- Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, usage of Camera API's, etc.
