Job Summary/Basic Function

We offer a great work experience, flexible shifts and you get a free meal with each shift you work. There are 2 positions available: delivery stock and store stock.

The Delivery Stock position will focus on inspecting products received from deliveries, checking product invoices, as well as the daily stocking of various products, and will be expected to be available for weekday morning shifts when delivery trucks arrive.

The Store Stock position will focus on daily stocking the store shelves with various products and will be expected to work at least 3 shifts per week including 1 shift every other weekend.

We are looking for 2 students to fill the Delivery Stock position and 4 students to fill the Store Stock position.

Job Duties

The Delivery Stock position will require duties to include:

  • Work morning shift from 7:30am-10:30am
  • Inspecting product received and checking product on invoice
  • Report any mispicked items, missing items, or damaged items to the supervisor
  • Organizing and putting away stock products from vendors such as Pepsi, Cooper Booth, Gordon, etc. - includes frozen, refrigerated, and dry stock
  • Keeping product organized in storage areas and service areas - ensuring product is in the correct areas and rotating stock using First In First Out (FIFO)
  • Taking wooden skids out to the dock when finished

The Store Stock position will require duties to include:

  • Stock beverage cooler, store shelves, and paper supplies - ensuring product is in the correct areas and rotating stock using First In First Out (FIFO)
  • Report any damaged items to supervisor
  • Take out trash and cardboard at the end of shift

Anchor Convenience Store

We are looking for 2 students to fill the Delivery Stock position and 4 students to fill the Store Stock position.

The Delivery Stock position will be expected to be available for weekday morning shifts when delivery trucks arrive. The Store Stock position will be expected to work at least 3 shifts per week including 1 shift every other weekend.

Previous food and beverage experience is not required. We will provide training to all.
