Anatomic Pathology Manager - $98,000-$120,000/year

• Monday-Friday, Day Shift
• Near Orange Village, Ohio

Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple laboratory and pathology practice locations • Develop and implement operational strategies that support growth, efficiency, and profitability • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee financial performance • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards • Drive operational excellence and quality improvement initiatives • Oversee staffing, employee development, and performance management • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and expansion efforts • Foster a positive, productive, and patient-focused culture

Requirements: • College degree required • ASCP certification required • Prior laboratory experience required • Previous leadership or management experience required • Strong operational, financial, and team leadership skills
