Anatomic Pathology Manager in Greater Cleveland, Ohio

We are hiring an Anatomic Pathology Manager for a laboratory in the Cleveland area!

This position oversees all areas of laboratory operations, including Histology. Candidates with strong histology backgrounds and previous supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily laboratory operations and staff.

• Oversee Histology workflows and laboratory quality.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laboratory regulations and procedures.

• Lead, mentor, and support laboratory personnel.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant professional Histology experience.

• Previous experience as a Histology Supervisor, Laboratory Supervisor, or Manager.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with Anatomic Pathology laboratory operations.
