A leading diagnostic laboratory in the Cleveland, Ohio area is looking for an experienced Anatomic Pathology Manager to join its leadership team!

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent position

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• 40 hours per week

• Leadership opportunity overseeing laboratory and pathology operations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily anatomic pathology laboratory operations

• Manage staff, budgets, productivity, and operational performance

• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards

• Lead process improvements and operational growth initiatives

• Collaborate with physician leadership and administrative teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, laboratory operations, or a related field

• Strong experience managing laboratory operations, budgets, and staff

• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements preferred

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environment
