About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Analysis Technician to join our dedicated team in the engineering sector. In this role, you will contribute to testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies, identifying root causes of failures, and supporting factory operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze rejected electronic assemblies using various test equipment, simulators, and troubleshooting skills.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems, define corrective actions, and communicate findings effectively.
- Identify vendor vs. process defects and write detailed failure analysis reports.
- Record data of failures and explain diagnoses clearly.
- Work independently and adapt to varying conditions.
- Support factory operations on weekends when required.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology required (Bachelor's preferred).
- Proficiency in operating/setup of electronics equipment (signal generator, modulation/audio analyzers, spectrum analyzer, power meter, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- RF knowledge and 1-3 years of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for component-level troubleshooting is a PLUS.
- Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
- 100% onsite presence required.
- Steel toe boots are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Extensive knowledge of 2-way subscriber products is a PLUS.
