    How you''ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

    Pilot Staffing Support

    • Support the development and maintenance of pilot supply and demand models under the guidance of leadership
    • Assist in identifying and implementing enhancements to improve data accuracy, reliability, and usability of staffing models
    • Support monthly Advanced Entitlement setup and execution processes
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication of pilot staffing plans

    Data Analysis

    • Perform data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support Crew Resources and planning teams
    • Analyze datasets including staffing, performance, bidding, rotations, vacation, leave of absence (LOA), and training
    • Translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations for staffing improvements tied to operational outcomes
    • Support identification of trends and opportunities to improve performance and contractual compliance
    • Assist in preparing materials to communicate findings to stakeholders at various levels

    Crew Resources Team Support

    • Support the Pilot Crew Resources team with day-to-day operational requests such as pilot inquiries, vacation, LOA, staffing, and compliance-related items
    • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
    • Help develop and maintain automated reporting and data flows between systems
    • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and overall team effectiveness

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or modeling

    • 2-4 years of experience with coding or querying tools (e.g., SQL, Python, SAS, VBA)

    • Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed environment

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

    • Demonstrates accountability for assigned work and deliverables

    • Willingness to learn and develop technical and business skills

    • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

    • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

    • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

    • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

    What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

    • Experience with SAS, SQL, Python, or VBA
    • Familiarity with crew data sources (DBMS)
    • Experience in airline operations, Flight Operations, or Crew Resources
    • Basic familiarity with pilot working agreements
