Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to ensure complete test coverage and alignment with business objectives. Design, develop, and execute functional test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for web, mobile, and enterprise applications. Validate end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and application functionality to identify defects and ensure quality standards. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve functional issues. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, regression testing, system testing, and defect retesting to ensure application readiness. Track, document, and report defects using test management and defect tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and closure. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing methodologies, and quality metrics.
