CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT IN GRANT-FUNDED POSITIONS IS CONTINGENT UPON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Two (2) years of data sets analysis and statistics is preferred. Advanced MS Excel expertise is required. HRM System Applications and the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) and/or Texas Retirement System (TRS) is preferred. SKILL REQUIREMENTS This position requires extensive data analytics experience, planning and reporting expertise for static data and preferred skills with dynamic data sets. The applicant must be proficient at an advanced level in MS Excel, including Power Query and Power Query/ODBC. Experience with SQL data retrieval from multiple databases is preferred. Incumbent must analyze, identify issues, and proactively assess solutions and decision making for data provided to internal and external customers. This position involves efficient knowledge of Human Resource Management systems and the ability to resolve complex problems of transactions processing, including their effect on other departments and/or employees' data records. Incumbent must have familiarity with PMP User Acceptance Testing practices and implementation of system enhancements, reporting and data validations. This position will assist the Position Control team to assure that the Talent Strategy Position Inventory is reconciled to the Budget Systems. The applicant must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task while working under short deadlines. Incumbent must exhibit excellent customer service, as well as excellent writing skills and be able to articulate and present clearly. JOB PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY This position is responsible for facilitating fluid processing of the Talent Strategy data for District organizations and external Public Information Act requests. It requires review and validation of data uploads for the District systems and external agencies such as TEA and TRS. This position requires ownership of the Applicant Tracking System and support of the Frontline applications across departments. It involves monitoring security maintenance shared with colleagues, documenting, and delivering system enhancements. Incumbent is able to perform complex research and have decision-making skills to resolve problems and communicate with the various District staff. This position is responsible for assisting

    of RFE reviews.

    Monitor

    overall

    district

    position

    inventory

    and

    reconcile

    budget

    allocations

    and

    partners

    vacancy

    and

    staffing

    tools.

    consistent

    maintenance

    and

    posting

    of

    online

    vacancies

    in

    the

    Recruitment

    and

    Hiring

    system.

    Validate

    data

    sets

    through

    MS

    Excel

    and/or

    other

    analytical

    tools

    or

    dashboards

    as

    available,

    with

    extensive

    use

    of

    data snapshots and HRM System tools/exports. Research system applications if required to authenticate veracity of information.

    Ensure

    familiarity

    with

    District

    guidelines

    and

    protocols

    when

    releasing

    data

    for

    purposes

    of

    confidentiality

    and

    also

    for alignment with the administration.

    Provide

    maintenance,

    support

    and

    user

    acceptance

    testing

    for

    existing

    systems

    or

    new

    implementations

    to

    Talent Information Systems.

    Serve

    as

    a

    liaison

    with

    MIS

    developers

    and

    vendors

    to

    improve

    systems

    features

    and

    reporting

    as

    needed.

    Provide

    assistance

    as

    back-up

    for

    Talent

    Strategy

    reports

    review

    and

    submission

    to

    TEA

    and/or

    TRS.

    Maintain

    the

    Grant

    Funded

    Positions

    and

    reconcile

    with

    the

    State

    &

    Federal

    Accountability

    Department.

    Prepare

    and

    respond

    in

    the

    required

    time

    allotment

    Public

    Information

    Requests

    needed

    by

    the

    Talent

    Strategy

    team.

    Provide

    an

    exceptional

    customer

    experience

    for

    all

    AISD

    stakeholders

    with

    intentional

    and

    professional practices

    that promote a culture of respect. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED Perform other related duties as assigned; however, all employees are expected to comply with lawful directives in rare situations driven by need where a team effort is required.
