Seeking for a Analyst with experience in social media research, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), and investigative analysis to support mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will conduct research and analysis using publicly available information to identify, evaluate, and report relevant findings that support investigative and operational objectives. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct social media and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) research using publicly available sources.
- Analyze information from websites, social media platforms, public records, news sources, and other open-source resources.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and timely analytical reports and intelligence summaries.
- Verify the accuracy and reliability of collected information through multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, relationships, and potential investigative leads.
- Support investigative and operational teams with research findings and intelligence products.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies and security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide onsite operational support and respond to urgent requests during evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 3 years of continuous experience performing social media research, OSINT, investigative research, or intelligence analysis.
- Working knowledge of immigration and criminal justice laws, regulations, and policies.
- Working proficiency in the Spanish language.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
