    Description

Come build the future with us! What unites all Amazonians (across teams and geographies) is that we are all striving to delight customers and make their lives easier-whoever that customer may be. In pursuit of delighting customers, Amazonians have developed many products and services that transformed the way our customers live their lives and run their businesses. Together, we are building the future, one innovative product, service, and idea at a time. Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, publishers, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions-including ad tech, retail media, display, video, and measurement solutions-leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys.

Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced, organized, and data-driven Program Operations and Measurement Manager to join the Analyst Relations (AR) team. This person will own the operational backbone of the AR program - driving event execution, building and managing measurement frameworks, and establishing mechanisms that enable a high-performing AR team to operate at scale. This role reports directly to the Head of AR and supports the full function across all business areas (Ad Tech & Media, Commerce & Creative, and Measurement, Analytics & Data Science).

The right candidate brings strong program management skills, a passion for building scalable processes, and an ability to translate activity into measurable business impact. They thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, can manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams, and are equally comfortable building a dashboard as they are coordinating onsite logistics for an analyst event. Experience in analyst relations, marketing operations, event management, or communications is strongly preferred.

    Key job responsibilities

    Reporting & Measurement

    • Establish and maintain the AR program reporting and metrics framework - tracking analyst sentiment, engagements, research, and impact on business outcomes
    • Own recurring reporting mechanisms including dashboards that provide visibility into AR activity, capacity, and effectiveness across the team
    • Partner with AR leads to establish activity baselines, track progress against goals, and surface insights for leadership

    Event Management & Execution

    • Own end-to-end program management and execution of AR engagements at key events
    • Partner with the cross functional stakeholders to manage logistics, budget tracking, and onsite execution for all AR event activities
    • Develop and maintain event playbooks, run-of-show documents, and post-event debrief processes to drive continuous improvement

    Mechanisms & Operations

    • Establish and maintain the AR team"s operational cadence - including intake processes, editorial calendar, and cross-functional coordination rhythms
    • Build and maintain program management tools, trackers, and workflows that ensure consistent execution at scale
    • Drive process improvement initiatives, documenting best practices and maintaining the AR knowledge base (playbooks, templates, operational documentation)

    About Company

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

    It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

    Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
