Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project 2
Location: Pomona, CA 91768 (Hybrid – Onsite Monday & Tuesday)
Pay Rate: $35/hour on W2
Duration: 12 Months
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract - W2

Job Summary
We are seeking an Analyst – Program/Project II to support property and licensing activities for utility infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with databases and spreadsheets, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role involves license renewals, site inspections, encroachment reviews, plan analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Renew property licenses and maintain related documentation.
  • Perform field site inspections for licenses and encroachments.
  • Review development and engineering plans for consent compatibility.
  • Clear and track property encroachments.
  • Attend project meetings with internal teams, cities, developers, and project managers.
  • Gather, analyze, and document project data and prepare reports.
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Support moderately complex application and project documentation as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in an analytical or project support role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using database applications and spreadsheet software.
  • Familiarity with Google Earth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation for site visits.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
