This position independently analyzes complex business problems, interprets ambiguous requirements, and determines appropriate technical approaches using established technologies, including Excel (VBA and advanced functions), Microsoft Access (macros and queries), and SQL Server. The Analyst exercises discretion and judgment in balancing speed, quality, risk, and long term maintainability when delivering solutions.

The Analyst works both independently and as part of cross functional project teams, partnering closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical peers. In addition to project delivery, the role is accountable for maintaining and supporting production tools, resolving defects, improving performance, end to end designs and reducing technical debt. • Plan and prioritize personal workload in alignment with business priorities and project commitments.
  • Balance project deliverables with ongoing production support and operational requests.
  • Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies, and proactively communicate concerns or needed adjustments.
  • Recommend alternative technical approaches when appropriate to manage risk, cost, or timing.
