Overview
Join our dynamic hospital outpatient pharmacy team, a high-volume operation dispensing 600-800 prescriptions daily across retail and specialty services. We proudly serve a diverse patient population-including charity care, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, and employee patients-with our 340B program enabling us to provide medications to a high percentage of charity patients. Our innovative Meds to Beds program delivers prescriptions directly to patients before discharge.
Our team includes skilled pharmacists-many providing Medication Therapy Management services in clinics-along with level I, II, and III technicians, analysts and business coordinator. As a teaching institution affiliated with the UF College of Pharmacy, our pharmacists serve as preceptors for pharmacy students and residents, with learners rotating through year-round.
As a Pharmacy Analyst, you will provide critical support for pharmacy technology, data analysis, and daily operations including financial reconciliation, inventory management, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
