    Description

    1. The role is more at a senior analyst level, ideally looking for someone in the 2-year region. 
    2. I’d send a 1-year person or 3, but outside that is not really what he wants
    3. Cole is targeting a base pay of around 100k and the bonus will be in that 50% region
    4. Ideally, almost a prerequisite is someone based in Nashville. That’s the office he operates from
    5. There are currently 5 employees at this organization. The new hire will be number 2 on the M&A team
    6. The company is owned by Ares (300 bil PE firm). Cole was hired to build out this practice and it seems he has a lot of compensation that will materialize in that 5 year period mark.
    7.     9. Profiles they will hire are a big 4 deals person, valuations backgrounds, other IB profiles, etc. He's very open, he described it as another Jake Kimpler type person.
    10. They are looking to build a national platform
    11. Anyone with industry experience is a big plus and not at all required at this level
