Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with daily payments and other essential functions within Accounts Payable and Operations. This position involves making daily payments in SIGMA and requires proficiency in analytical data entry, scanning, and experience with Outlook and Excel.

Requirements

• Proficiency in analytical data entry and scanning
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Preferences

• Experience in Accounts Payable or Operations
• Familiarity with the SIGMA payment system

This position is available immediately and is expected to run through February 15, 2027, with the possibility of extensions.
