The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: An Associate's degree or a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Land and Right of Way profession; and/or equivalent experience in dealing with real estate issues, landowners, engineers, developers, and/or local, state and federal agencies is required. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, math aptitude, organizational skills and the ability to interface and deal effectively with all levels of personnel and people and maintain effective work relations.
