By combining industry knowledge with analytics, visualization, and technology, we help clients turn information into actionable insights and measurable business value.We are seeking a Data Implementation Analyst to support consulting engagements involving business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, and technology implementation. This early career role is designed for a new college graduate who wants to build technical, analytical, and consulting skills while solving real world business problems.The Data Implementation Analyst will work under the guidance of experienced consultants, data scientists, and technical professionals to collect and analyze data, develop reports and visualizations, support analytics solutions, and assist with implementing technology within client environments. This position will collaborate with clients and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle to understand business needs, evaluate information, document requirements, test solutions, and communicate findings.What You'll Do

• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support client projects and business decisions.

• Perform data quality reviews and identify incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.

• Assist with data preparation activities, including data cleaning, transformation, reconciliation, and conversion verification.

• Develop reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical summaries that communicate findings clearly.

• Support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions.

• Translate business questions and client requirements into defined analytical tasks with guidance from senior team members.

• Assist with requirements gathering by participating in client interviews, workshops, and project working sessions.

• Analyze operational, financial, engineering, and other business data to identify trends, patterns, potential inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Support statistical analyses and analytical models used to evaluate performance and inform business decisions.

• Assist with system and application testing, including documenting results, identifying potential issues, and tracking resolution of identified defects.

• Help configure applications, reports, dashboards, or analytical tools based on documented business requirements and accepted practices.

• Assist with data conversion activities and verify that converted information is complete and accurate.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process documentation, data definitions, testing records, technical notes, user guides, and training materials.

• Support client training and implementation activities, including solution demonstrations, user training, and go-live assistance.

• Troubleshoot data, reporting, and application issues with support from senior technical resources.

• Summarize analytical methods, assumptions, findings, and recommendations for internal project teams and clients.

• Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, engineers, information technology professionals, and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

• Support project execution activities, including task tracking, coordination, status reporting, and preparation of client deliverables.

• Assist with proposal development and business development activities through research, data collection, content development, and preparation of supporting materials.

• Continue developing knowledge of business intelligence, data analytics, artificial intelligence, data science, and relevant industry technologies.

• Comply with all company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or MIS or related field from accredited program required.

• Or applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

• Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge in implementation technologies, principles and procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.

• Proficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).

• Basic computer skills in implementation software and technologies.

• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem solving skills.

• Demonstrated leadership skills.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
