Analyst II – Treasury

Location: Framingham, MA | Duration: 3+ Months, Contract-to-Hire
Schedule:Onsite 4 days/week; WFH 1 day/week

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or related finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with short-term cash/liquidity forecasting, treasury forecasting, variance and trend analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience building/maintaining financial models.
• Experience with cash positioning, deposits, wire transfers, ACH, liquidity and working capital.
• Experience analyzing bank fees, debt, capital markets, cash management, or related financial data.
• Bloomberg experience for bond pricing/capital markets is preferred.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or financial software preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and improve treasury processes.
