    Description:

    Duties: Primary function candidate manages and maintains high level complaints, regulatory reports, (FDA) investigation procedures; collect data and enter data into system; Training will be 4-6 weeks.

    Experience: (entry level position) 1 year max of Customer Service, compliant reporting, Class 3; clinical background exp is a plus (Lab tech, LVN, Nurse, related to health care). Will consider candidates with Quality background
