Job Description:
Analyst, Human Resources Data Management (West Coast)
- Analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs to identify, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Update and correct employee records in response to identified errors, ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to maintain a high level of accuracy in employee data.
- Apply strong knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Possess a solid understanding of core HR concepts, including the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain and administer records for the Contingent Worker employee type.
- Operate independently with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgment in day-to-day responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems and underlying data structures.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, desired but not required.
- SuccessFactors, or Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
- Will manage tickets in ServiceNow, and prior experience preferred.
