Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
Financial business partner to Customer Service and Operational Service Operational Units. Activities may include monthly performance vs. plan analysis, financial modeling of new projects/hiring plans, supporting financial aspects of GRC testimony development, ad hoc data analysis.
Required Skills/Attributes
Financial analysis using tools such as excel and PowerBI as well as presentation to senior levels of management in powerpoint slides. Ability to present financial information to management and non-financial audiences and previous experience presenting analysis in senior business settings, such as major accounting firms, fortune 500 companies or equivalent.
BA in finance or business related topic, or equivalent.
Minimum Years of Experience: 5
Desired Skills/Attributes
Experience with regulated utility accounting and financial issues. Experience in business partnering roles providing financial guidance to business units and experience guiding business out comes with business partners.
