Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Analyst Developer with strong expertise in C# and SQL to join our team in New York. This is a full-time, onsite position (Work From Office). The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both software development and data analysis, with the ability to understand business needs, analyze pain points, and build effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business outcomes.
- Interact with end users and business teams to identify and understand pain points.
- Analyze business challenges and design effective solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance C# applications based on business needs.
- Design, implement, and optimize SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures.
- Perform data analysis to deliver actionable insights.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and solutions.
- Validate data and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for C# and SQL-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with C# and SQL development.
- Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ETL tools, SSRS/SSIS/SSAS
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS, etc.)
