We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst, Contracts within the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit.

What You Will Do

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers while quickly analyzing large amounts of data and making informed decisions

  • Receive, review, and process RFQs and contract awards, including reviewing clauses and proposal exceptions for acceptability

  • Support internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer needs and expectations are met

  • Support contract administration by assisting with delivery status inquiries and expediting requests as needed

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

  • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities

What You Will Learn

  • Gain broad experience solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment supporting U.S. Government contracts

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience

  • Experience with Microsoft 365

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with one or more of the following: Contracts Administration, Subcontracts, Procurement or Acquisitions

  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and / or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) and related government regulations

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams and with customers

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work on schedule

  • Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
